Giacomo Valentini

Giacomo Valentini is an Italian artist known for his innovative approach to art, which has evolved over several distinct periods in his career. Beginning his journey at a young age under the tutelage of Fratel Venzo, Valentini initially pursued oil painting on canvas but soon felt constrained by traditional techniques. Embracing a more experimental spirit, he explored graphic design and became a designer in Australia before returning to Italy to redefine his artistic style.

In his thirties, Valentini embraced spray painting, marking a significant shift in his creative expression. Alongside his artistic endeavors, he pursued entrepreneurial ventures in design and fashion. However, he returned to painting in the new millennium, founding the Apocope of Design movement in 2014, which sought to blend traditional Japanese art with modern innovation.

Valentini’s forward-thinking approach continued with his exploration of carbon fiber as an artistic medium, leading to the development of Carbon Art. His works, ranging from sculptures to 3-D paintings, reflect his versatility and commitment to pushing artistic boundaries. Through his career, Valentini has demonstrated a unique ability to merge tradition with innovation, earning recognition for his contributions to the contemporary art scene
